Sam Dhutia from Sweets Canada was at the party doing chocolate tastings. Sweets Canada gave me a delicious chocolate bar with edible flowers and a box of the best cookie bits I’ve ever eaten! Sam was also super kind and gave us a coupon for 10$ off our next purchase! Sam walked around handing out samples and was very informational when I asked him about the samples he was giving out. I would defiantly recommend the edible flower bars, here a link check Sam’s page out:)
After each sampling he generously gave out gourmet chocolate bars , and or edible flower chocolate bars, depending on what you were interested in.

RAdler Ry’all Gold Academy-
Another fun thing we saw at the Opening Night Sponsors’ Party was from Bradlee Ryall Golf Academy which teaches golf lessons at six golf courses west of Toronto.
At the party there was a bow and arrow of course it wasn’t real (for safety reasons) inte as it has a giant marshmallow on the end! Some girls turns trying to hit a paper target that was setup in the room. We’ll all be playing Archery Tag in Toronto at Archers Arena on Thursday. On that night, look for the hashtag #archerytag.

My first day of nationals was super fun! I met so many awesome girls who I now get to call my “pageant fam” and got so many amazing gifts! When Brit and I first landed we were super scared because Toronto airport is HUGE, although my first time flying was a success!:) I loved the welcoming party because we could just hang out and get to know everyone better! Tomorrow we get to have our professional photoshoot, and our interviews! I’m super excited for the next 7 days stay posted there’s lots coming!
One of the most famous attractions in Manitoba is, The Museum for Human Rights! It would defiantly have to be my favorite too. It simply tells everyone how everyone is equal and I love that it’s also such a beautiful place! All the art work, the sculptures, the quotes and many more amazing things there This place is well worth visiting for its beauty!
“All human beings are born free and equal in human rights and dignity”
Honestly there might be very few things I love more then volunteering! It makes me feel so much better knowing I helped someone who needed it. There are so many people who are less fortunate then most and it’s great that volunteers help them out. The amazing people you meet during the process too! Even after the pageant ends I’m gonna have to keep on volunteering! I cannot believe how much I love it:)
Good evening! I thought I should tell my blog readers a bit about my platform! My platform is about standing up for what you believe it. Honestly think about how many times you haven’t done something you want to in fear of what others are going to think. Or you’ve stopped doing something you love because you’ve gotten teased or your friends didn’t think it was cool. Don’t let someone’s opion discourage u because all that matters is that you like it. Opions only make and impact on your life if I let them so don’t. If you stop doing something you love because someone else doesn’t like it your crazy, because you are you. You know what you like and love to do, so do it. Honestly think about this well you do the things you love! I chose this as my platform because, when I told people I tried out for Miss Teenage Manitoba people teased me and told me I couldn’t do it. So I had to go out there and prove them wrong… Show them I could do it, and I did. I’m so happy I didn’t let what they said get to me because if I did I wouldn’t be where I am today:) Stand up for what you believe in!
Hello everyone! My name is Jordyn and I am beyond honoured to have the opportunity to be your Miss Teenage Brandon 2016! On my blog you will find many things about myself, as well as the people who have sponsored me, and the events I have done to help me get to Toronto! I most certainly will not forget to post updates through-out my journey!
I am 13 years old born and raised in Brandon MB. Luckily living in Brandon my whole life I have lots of support from many of my friends and family, I would also have to give credit to my family in other towns for helping me promote myself by sharing my posts on Facebook,Instagram and any other of my social media accounts. I’m happy I have such an amazing family and many amazing friends for supporting me and helping me achieve what I thought was the impossible. I most defiantly couldn’t have done it without all the support.
Up until nationals I’ll be busy with many things like volunteering, fundraising, looking for sponsorships, and of course shopping for the things I need to go out to Toronto! I’ve already volunteered at the MCC thrift store, I’ve read book to children for fun and taught them dances. I’ve gotten sponsored by 3 businesses so far and I can’t wait to see who else will be willing too. Those are just a few things I’ve done so far, and I’m exited to see how much more I can do!
With all this being said, When I joined this pageant and saw all the beautiful girls I was competing against, I wanted nothing more but for them to do good and achieve their dream. With that being said I also wanted to achieve my dream and bring home the Miss Teenage Brandon title for Brandon, so I did:) Confidence is key so never let anyone discourage you walk up on stage like you know what your doing and own it! It’s your time to shine! This year is going to be filled with tons of fun/excitement. I can’t wait to meet all the lovely ladies out in Toronto!
Dreams really do come true
Hello everyone, id like to tell you about my experiance at Richtree. yesterday we managed to get all 82 of us pageant princesses to the toronto eaton centre for a quick bite to eat at one of our amazing sponsors.
i must say that theres a wide variety depending on youre taste, personally i went for their chicken taco. which was amazing there was the perfect amount of spice which was paired well with an ice cold sprite. they had amazing service and they all treated us no nicely.. so if you ever have a chance to head down to the Toronto eaton centre i definatly highly suggest it. Richtree has four open kitchen restaurants around ontario. Richtree offers casual dinning and take-out services. their menus are inspired by all-natural, fresh, local, and inb season ingredients. including antibiotic and hormone-free meats.
my overall expriance at the Toronto Eaton Centre was unbeleivable and i must say i willl be back, thanks again for sponsoring all of us lovely ladies the food was excellent and the service was unbeatable. not to mention their cool design of having a taco truck to serve people right in the middle of the mall. creativity was key.
